Eight years of looking after Lagos skin

From a two-bed studio to a full beauty home and training academy — built entirely on referrals.

How it started

Gloria opened Gloluv in 2018 with two treatment beds in a rented flat off Admiralty Way, after eight years working in other people’s salons and watching clients get sold products that were wrong for their skin. The rule from day one was simple: tell people the truth about their skin, even when the truth does not sell anything.

By 2021 the waiting list was longer than the diary, so we moved to the current space — five treatment rooms, a private sauna, a nail bar and a training room that doubles as a classroom four days a week. We have never run a paid advert.
